Rules for using CoSell Buddy.

This page is the legal agreement. The short version is that you are responsible for the data you bring in, you should review AI-generated output before using it, and Barron Tech can update the service over time.

Use the service responsibly

Only upload or process information you are authorized to use in your business workflows.

Review AI output

Recommendations and drafts are workflow support, not auto-approved external communications.

Service can evolve

Barron Tech may update features, plans, or availability as the product changes over time.

Use of the service

CoSell Buddy is provided by Barron Tech LLC as a software service for Microsoft partner account tracking, Microsoft relationship management, campaign execution, recommendations, heatmaps, imports, and related workflow support. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only if you have authority to use the information you upload or process.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Barron Tech LLC promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Customer content

You retain responsibility for the data, files, account records, Microsoft contact details, outreach drafts, and other content you provide to CoSell Buddy. You represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate applicable law, contractual obligations, or the rights of others.

AI-generated content

CoSell Buddy may provide AI-assisted recommendations, summaries, and draft outreach content. These outputs are provided for workflow support only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and validating any output before using it in partner, customer, or Microsoft-facing activity.

Billing and plan changes

Paid plan features, usage limits, and billing terms may change as CoSell Buddy evolves. If billing is introduced or updated, Barron Tech LLC will present the applicable plan details, pricing, and renewal terms in the product or through a related order form before those changes take effect for you.

Service availability

Barron Tech LLC will use reasonable efforts to keep CoSell Buddy available, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time, including where necessary for maintenance, security, or product improvements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barron Tech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of CoSell Buddy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CoSell Buddy if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
